Although some political movements are in good intention they are destructive at the core because they focus on the surface of the problem. The lack of knowledge of most protesters is promoting the objective of dividing ourselves and blaming others for our problems, this is exactly what the persons controlling the current system actually want. Chaos, disorder, economic collapse, and most of all fear. These are all orchestrated events, planned well in advance by people who will benefit highly from these predictable behaviours of the masses. You ask why would the political leaders of today allow these things to happen? The coming global economic collapse of the system is a very well orchestrated event, where a few sources will create massive debt onto nations and buy them for pennies on the dollar when the collapse occurs. Some political leaders are involved by ignorance and some out of fear for what would happen to them if they would decide to go against the powers that be. Others are just simply profiting from this train wreck waiting to happen. Bankers (money changers) have been trying to implement a system of centralization for thousands of years. Some call it the new world order, I just call it evolution. They are attempting to evolve to be the strongest and most powerful force as all memes and genes do in a fractal sense. In the end it is up to the people to fight for what they believe would be the right way for the pursuit of peace and happiness.

A big part of the problem is that many people most of the time think about what is best for their own personal desires. People are much happier to turns a blind eye as to why Iraq was invaded, so as long as they continue to get cheap gas at the pump back home. Many of the same type of people will protest that others are being taken advantage of by working for inhumane salaries but will turn once again a blind eye as long as they can get cheaper prices at Wal-Mart and other stores alike for items made in countries where people come second to profits.

Central Banking:

John F. Kennedy was a great president of the world’s modern super power. Besides his popular speech that was probably enough itself to get the few at the top of the food chain agitated, he announced that he was going to stop burrowing money from private banks and resort back to the constitution which states that only the government can provide money and be in charge of the money supply of the country, and that all debts shall be payable in gold and silver. Instead the Federal Reserve which is a private institution now prints and lends the money to the American people and charges interest on that debt. According to the founding fathers of The United States Of America this is an act of treason. Remember those men? The ones that risked being hung by writing and signing the constitution. I wonder what they would think of the current empire they were hoping to secure by signing the constitution. There are echoes of JFK coming from another presidential candidate of modern day, his name is Ron Paul, I wonder if the same would happen to him would he get elected, my guess would be yes. Although his memes would spread a lot further in today’s age of information if he would be assassinated.

Let’s take a look at some more modern day individuals that have attempted to challenge the US Dollar backed by the world’s biggest private banks. Although not as democratic as JFK in their methods of governing, it is interesting to note none the less. Less than a year before Iraq was invaded Saddam Hussein announced that he would stop trading his oil in US dollars and would only accept Euros instead. This is a good time to point out that the US dollar is the global reserve currency at the moment and all oil transactions must first be converted to US dollars before any transaction is made in other currencies. We saw what happened to Saddam Hussein when he attempted to challenge the US dollar. Coincidence? Move onto Libya, Less than a year to the invasion of Libya Gaddafi announced that he would create a new currency backed mostly by gold, he named it the Dinar. He is now dead, murdered with no fair trial as international law permits, and so is his idea for a new currency that would compete with the US dollar. Now I know there are far more than just one reason for the invasions of these nations however you can rest assured these were not merely coincidences.

A destabilization of the oil rich states in the Middle East is in the agenda, so don’t get too comfortable with today’s low oil prices, they are heading much higher in the near future. There are oil reserves being held in certain countries that will only be released once a certain price for oil is reached, and today’s prices are not profitable enough for that to happen.

Quantitative Easing:

The massive amount of money being printed by the Federal Reserve and other private central banks around the world is going to lead to hyper-inflation. The fact is many politicians and economists try to confuse you by suggesting that printing money may lead to inflation or that they have a plan to take the money they print out of the money supply before it causes inflation, however do not be deceived by this language used by bankers to deter the common person whom doesn’t have the extensive knowledge of how money works and where it comes from, from asking further questions. I would advise anyone who hasn’t seen the documentary Money Masters, to do so. The truth is the moment you print money you are creating inflation. It will not lead to inflation, it is inflation. By definition inflation is an increase in the money supply and deflation is a decrease in the money supply. So inflation begins the moment you print, not later down the road as if it were a symptom of the disease, it is the disease. If you understand this simple fact you will also understand why food prices and prices for precious metals have increased so rapidly in the past few years.

As smaller banks and nations accept this debt (bailouts, money printing) they will simply be foreclosed on and will be bought out by the few bigger banks at the top during the collapse. Before the collapse is allowed to take place, massive amount of debt will be accumulated. These bankers have no nationality and do not care about any individual nation. They are simply the profiteers of this carefully orchestrated plan to total ownership and power.

There will be a massive transfer of wealth away from the middle class in the coming years, it would be wise to take the right steps towards protecting your family. Understand that this has happened many times in history to many countries and empires and only those who were prepared had the best chance for survival. I suggest you start, if you haven’t already, transferring your paper money into hard assets such as gold and silver instead of holding paper promises made by the same people that are devaluing the value of fiat currencies by simply printing more of it. By paper money I mean everything that holds your funds on paper, such as fiat currencies, including equities, mutual funds, etfs, pool accounts etc. I do not deny that there is still time to profit from such investments as they are likely to go up in the short term because of inflation however it is a very high risk to take knowing that a run on the American dollar and banks is just around the corner. Only a simpleton can’t see that the debt being accumulated all around the world can never be paid. Here is a statistic that you can check for yourself, if the American citizen was taxed 100%, it still would not be enough to pay off the debt and all liabilities accumulated. In this sense I consider the American dollar to be the greatest Ponzi scheme of all time. Amazingly nobody has gone to jail for all the criminal and immoral activity on Wall Street and in the banking system, it is not that surprising, rationally how do we expect the same people that are controlling the game to throw themselves out of the game? The same way governments turn to the same people who have caused all the economic problems of today to fix them. We are allowing the same mistakes that happened in history to repeat themselves. Since the Federal Reserve was brought into control of the money supply in 1913, the US dollar has lost more than 95% of its purchasing power. Gold did not lose any purchasing power. Governments argue that gold isn’t money, so why is it so widely held by banks as a reserve? Gold is the only real money because governments can’t just print more of it whenever they need funds to expand their empires. How would have the US funded all its military spending had the US dollar still been pegged to gold, they simply wouldn’t have. That’s why in 1971 the gold standard was removed from the US currency and it simply became another printable fiat currency.

The Solution:

Modify the everyday things in your life that support the current system. If you understand that bankers are stealing your wealth by devaluing your currency, simply take your money out of the bank. If you want to challenge low wages in countries such as China stop consuming useless items that you do not need that are made in China, instead buy domestic to promote production and job creation in your own nation, you’d be surprised at how many things in your life make that list. Also stop resorting to government or other people in general to help you without taking the proper precautions, because in the end it is your responsibility to protect yourself and your family. In a case where natural disaster or economic collapse can leave store shelves empty and interrupt your access to water or even food, government officials will not be able to help you. The benefit of our species is that we were able to plan ahead, that’s how our ancestors were able to help our species grow to one of the most dominant species on our planet, that’s what got us this far. Instead of waiting for disaster to come, be prepared. Not storing water in food for at least short term can be the difference between life and death for you or your family. When you seek advice from a medical professional and he/she skips on asking you in their inquiry about your diet and lifestyle and goes directly to prescribing you prescription drugs to treat yourself, research the ingredients of those drugs yourself before blindly taking them into your body. Everybody knows you are what you eat, so before you fill your body with potentially harmful chemicals, especially those pitched by psychiatrists, do your research. Your mental well being may depend on it. I am not saying that all doctors are evil and out to get you, at most the doctor is simply doing his/her job and is primarily concerned with feeding their own family. It is your responsibility to conduct further research on what you are prescribed and what other more natural alternatives you might be able to take. Since corporations and state have become hand in hand in most cases such as the pharmaceutical companies, amongst many others, the main objective has been to maximize profits at all costs, even at the cost of life. It is not a conspiracy, it is simply what corporations do, maximize profits. If a doctor is told to vaccinate your child with a certain vaccine by his superiors in the industry he/she is simply doing his job by doing so. If your child gets neurological damage due to the some of the preservatives used in vaccines, such as mercury used in many of today’s vaccines, that becomes your problem for not being more vigilant. I’ll put aside my theories on how vaccines may be one of the causes of the rise in autism in children due to my lack of scientific evidence. However it has been scientifically proven that mercury actually kills cells in the brain if the mercury is not expelled from the body quick enough. Question psychiatrists when prescribing mind altering chemicals when in fact a scientific physical test has never been done to prove there is a chemical imbalance in the brain that causes certain behaviour disorders, as suggested by the DSM committee. The age old question is who benefits? The ones selling the drugs. Considering the pharmaceutical industry is a billion dollar yearly industry it is not surprising that doctors don’t ever recommend one natural plant amongst thousands of medicinal plants used by eastern medicine for thousands of years proven to cure so many illnesses and depression. Many corporations have found their ways into our lives by using tactics such as bribery and lobbyists at the tune of millions and billions of dollars that have found their ways into the pockets of selfish politicians, scientists and even doctors. For corporations and corrupt politicians the profit for treating disease is very profitable. Finding cures might make a lot of sense, but it doesn’t make a lot of dollars.

Not satisfied with a hemorrhaging trade deficit with China that continues to bleed American jobs at a rate of millions, a crumbling manufacturing base being replaced by the endless import of cheap slave goods from the Communist state, and a stunted economy being rapidly outpaced by the Red Dragon, the Obama administration wanted to further drill it in to Americans who the new boss is yesterday, by placing Chinese flags throughout Washington DC before Obama’s fawning meeting with unelected President Hu Jintao.

Everyone is aware of the fact that China now owns the United States economically, with the Chinese central bank being the largest debt holder at approaching $1 trillion dollars. The average American family with two children collectively owes around $12,000 dollars to China. The Communist state’s ownership of long term U.S. Treasury Securities means the United States pays upwards of $100 million dollars a day to China in terms of interest alone.

China’s huge accumulation of US dollars gives it the sway to lead the United States by the nose like a sheep to slaughter, holding in its hands the power to decide the economic destiny of the now collapsing American empire. The culmination of this process moved a step closer this week when Hu Jintao made it clear that China was preparing to sharpen the knife for the bloodletting to begin, by deriding the dollar as a “product of the past” and signaling its replacement with a new global monetary system based around the Chinese yuan.

This transition is only becoming more obvious with the continuing fire sale of crucial infrastructure to the Red Dragon. Alex Jones’ first documentary film America: Destroyed By Design, made in 1997, warned Americans that the sell-out to the Chinese was the first step on the road to the sacking of the American economy and pulling the plug on key US infrastructure in the move towards global management of the planet.

The figures don’t lie – after a 20 year process of gradual sellout overseen by Clinton, Bush and now Obama – China owns America.

However, to have that notion aggressively reinforced by the plethora of Chinese flags that invaded DC this week goes beyond mere pomp and ceremony. This is meant to send a message to Americans that the United States is being hollowed out and swallowed up by the globalists, and that the center of the new world order empire will be transferred to Communist China in a bloodless coup.

And at the center of it all is a fawning, obedient, bowing Barack Obama, who ironically in the same week as Martin Luther King was remembered, played his role diligently as the house slave for his globalist masters, lavishing Jintao with a private dinner in a stunt that the Associated Press admits was designed to “soften the American public’s suspicions about China,” a nation that detains and tortures individuals for exercising their rights to freedom of association, freedom of religion and freedom of expression, while abducting, beating and performing forced abortions on women who refuse to submit to the country’s brutal one child policy.

The sickening worship and fealty displayed towards Jintao and China this week is all about training Americans to recognize who their new slavemasters are – the globalists who have exalted the Communist state as a model country for the new world order – a world in which antiquated ideas about freedom of the individual, prosperity, self-determination, family and happiness will be abolished.

Stem Cell Transplant Cures HIV In 'Berlin Patient'

On the heels of World AIDS Day comes a stunning medical breakthrough: Doctors believe an HIV-positive man who underwent a stem cell transplant has been cured as a result of the procedure.

Timothy Ray Brown, also known as the "Berlin Patient," received the transplant in 2007 as part of a lengthy treatment course for leukemia. His doctors recently published a report in the journal Blood affirming that the results of extensive testing "strongly suggest that cure of HIV infection has been achieved."

Brown's case paves a path for constructing a permanent cure for HIV through genetically-engineered stem cells.

Last week, Time named another AIDS-related discovery to its list of the Top 10 Medical Breakthroughs of 2010. Recent studies show that healthy individuals who take antiretrovirals, medicine commonly prescribed for treating HIV, can reduce their risk of contracting the disease by up to 73 percent.

While these developments by no means prove a cure for the virus has been found, they can certainly provide hope for the more than 33 million people living with HIV worldwide. Alongside such findings, global efforts to combat the epidemic have accelerated as of late, with new initiatives emerging in the Philippines and South Africa this week.

Inside TSA scanners: How terahertz waves tear apart human DNA

While the application of scientific knowledge creates technology, sometimes the technology is later redefined by science. Such is the case with terahertz (THz) radiation, the energy waves that drive the technology of the TSA: back scatter airport scanners.

Emerging THz technological applications

THz waves are found between microwaves and infrared on the electromagnetic spectrum. This type of radiation was chosen for security devices because it can penetrate matter such as clothing, wood, paper and other porous material that's non-conducting.

This type of radiation seems less threatening because it doesn't penetrate deeply into the body and is believed to be harmless to both people and animals.

THz waves may have applications beyond security devices. Research has been done to determine the feasibility of using the radiation to detect tumors underneath the skin and for analyzing the chemical properties of various materials and compounds. The potential marketplace for THz driven technological applications may generate many billions of dollars in revenue.

Because of the potential profits, intense research on THz waves and applications has mushroomed over the last decade.

Health risks

The past several years the possible health risks from cumulative exposure to THz waves was mostly dismissed. Experts pointed to THz photons and explained that they are not strong enough to ionize atoms or molecules; nor are they able to break the chains of chemical bonds. Chemtrails: What are they spraying?

These chemtrails are all under the watch of ARM which stands for Atmospheric Radiation Measurement. This is the branch of government responsible for measuring the aerosol particle scattering campaigns we call chemtrails. According to Ian Pearson, a British futurist, death will be a thing of the past by 2050.

Pearson is one of many futurists, cybernetic experts and artificial intelligence researchers whose thoughts are converging on the same basic idea: Why not upload everything that's in the brain—everything that makes a person who they are—into a computer and then download it again into a new body? Doing such a thing would make the individual theoretically immortal.

For such a thing to work, more advancements will be needed in the hardware and the software, and better interfaces will have to be developed between the human brain and the silicon brain.

Yet how to get there from here is not insurmountable.

Can brain uploading be achieved within 40 years?

Sooner, say some experts. What's needed are super fast computers with huge memory capacity. They see that happening before 2020 and that's just 10 years away. If there are unexpected breakthroughs with quantum computers the time line will be shortened considerably.

Some are not so ambitious; they're satisfied with the idea of virtual immortality. In that scenario everything that's an individual is uploaded into a digital avatar and survives 24/7 within a permanent, theoretically eternal, Internet.

Science fiction? No. An organization called The Digital Immortality Institute (DII) is researching the possibility of doing just that. DII has determined the three things necessary to achieve digital immortality are: guaranteed Internet access; insure the identity integrity of the avatars for each individual user; and finally, make sure the personality, memory, everything that makes up the person as a unique individual, has been uploaded into the digital facsimile before the actual person dies.

Yet virtual reality holds little interest for Pearson. He wants the real thing, and so does scientist Anders Sandberg. A member of the new transhuman movement (beyond human), Sandberg believes uploading minds and downloading them again into new bodies is a technology that's imminent. He believes it will happen because of Mankind's desire to overcome aging and death, as well as solving the problems associated with overpopulation.

Another transhumanist, AI theorist Eliezer Yudkowsky is convinced the technology must be developed quickly before a group or government with evil intentions does it first. He sees artificial intelligence as the key to unlock the immortality door. But it must be done in the right way for if it's not, dire consequences

Need for Silver Can Only Grow

Over the last several months, we have been pondering if governments will come into the silver market. Before we get into that, it is important to note that governments are very different animals and that there are over two hundred of them out there. Therefore, it is a very liberal generalization to lump them all together as if their needs, objectives and agendas were the same. Expecting them all to act in the same fashion for the same reasons is a big stretch. That said, it’s the stigma, the psychological effect, the sentiment and the message it would send to markets that prompts us to group them together in investors’ minds as a market force.

This same topic has been argued in the gold space for several years and now it has come to pass that central banks worldwide have thrown in the towel and became net buyers of gold. Should it be different for silver? By the way, did you notice, how silver silently became mainstream again, and more and more headlines now read “Gold and Silver…” whereas only a couple of years ago silver was nowhere in sight of anyone except the dreaded silver bugs.

Much has been made about “manipulation” in gold and, particularly of late, in the silver market. Scores of articles have been written on the subject, and things got as far Washington , D.C., where the CFTC held hearings on the subject. We don’t subscribe to the theory — or, more precisely, we don’t share the conspiracy context of it. After all, few seem to care about governments’ involvement in industry, the stock market, the banking system, housing, etc. All of that is being done openly and has been for decades, albeit on a grander scale lately. So why is it a big deal in the silver market?

A ‘Managed’ Market

We prefer the term “managed.” Markets are managed, as are currencies. Silver (as gold) happens to be money, so if all other “monies” are managed, why not silver? It would be naive to expect anything different. If something is important to your livelihood, chances are you’re going to pay attention to it. Well, we are here to tell you that silver is important to governments, has always been, and is about to become very important. Government did not decide that silver is money. People – i.e., you and your ancestors — did. So why is it a revelation that governments would be involved in the silver market? Didn’t you appoint them to manage the monetary system? We’re not saying whether it’s good or bad; it just is.

A Versatile Metal

If you are interested in silver at all, you probably know that it is slighted for being an industrial metal, a “mere” commodity like —you guessed it: pork bellies! Others, more generous in their assessment, will tell you that it’s both an industrial and a monetary metal, usually in that order. We touched on silver’s monetary role. Here is short list of what else it is:

Energy metal . One of the series of crises we’ll have to confront in the coming years involves energy. There is plenty of energy out there (in nature), but most of it is in a form that we haven’t yet harnessed. Worldwide energy needs will be growing exponentially, while energy infrastructure has been deteriorating and energy resources we have come to rely on have been largely depleted, especially at prices we’ve become accustomed to. We will have to rebuild our entire energy infrastructure in the next generation or two, and silver will be a big part of it: huge (with application from energy generation, to storage, to consumption).

Technology metal . It will be technology that will determine how fast we’re going to tackle the monumental problems we face in the coming years, and silver is as important for technological progress as any other metal you can think of. We mean both the low and especially high tech in commercial and industrial applications. Quickly count how many electronic gadgets you have. We have about a dozen, and we don’t even own an iPod or a Wii system. We replace most of them every three to five years. How about you?

Consumer metal. If you are serious about silver, you should read the book Silver Bonanza to truly appreciate how ubiquitous the metal really is, and how many times a day you unknowingly use common household items that have silver in them. For an average Westerner,it would include a dozen items before he or she even gets to work. This is a silver quality-of-life factor that Michael Berry and Frank Holmes, among others, talk about so eloquently.

Water metal. Yes, water. The smart money has been investing in water for years, and silver’s unique value as a purifier is going to become increasingly important. There is a serious shortage of drinkable water in many parts of the world, and the situation is getting worse. For now, it is a regional issue that is slowly evolving into a geopolitical and survival issue in some places. Solving this problem will require many different resources, but silver will be an integral part of whatever solutions come forth. Healthcare metal. In the last century or so, silver’s medicinal role has been displaced by modern remedies, but this is changing. Our thinking is that there will not be enough clean water, energy, food and so on; on average, living conditions will deteriorate and populations will age in industrialized countries; and, a world that is growing increasingly interconnected will make it much easier for diseases to spread – diseases that will become increasingly resistant to conventional remedies. Silver is credited with saving much of the upper class when plague hit Europe, owing to the fact that the wealthy used silverware, as opposed to utensils made from other materials used by the poor. Silver kills single-cell organisms (i.e., bacteria). Samsung has been selling silver-coated appliances for about five years.

War metal. The recently unfolding saga in rare-earth metals, which China has ceased to export, is a prelude to what is coming for all of the so-called strategic metals. We have long maintained that silver is a strategic metal due to its role in high-tech devices used in weapons. As such, it will be sought-after, protected and/or stockpiled for military purposes. Silver is essential for military purposes due to its physical characteristics. Tom Vulcan at HardAssetInvestor.com has done a terrific job highlighting and cataloging strategic metals. We want to emphasize that silver belongs on that list.

Good as Gold

A number of governments around the word mint silver (and gold) coins. That list has been growing in the last decade, both in the number of governments following suit and the number of different types of coins offered. One may view this as a move by governments to jump on the bandwagon in an attempt to cash in on the premiums they charge (although some don’t). Whatver the case, large stockpiles of government-held silver have been depleted and, for the most part, governments don’t mine silver. If they want to continue their silver coin programs, they’ll have to buy it somewhere. And if you are like the Chinese government, which has been encouraging its people to buy silver coins, you had better have some for sale.
Why have central banks from China to Mauritius been buying gold in recent months and years? Not to help your mining shares. You decided that currencies were not doing their job and the central banks concurred. We predict that the same thing will happen in silver. It may not be the central banks doing the buying: It could be sovereign funds, state-owned or -controlled companies, government-backed agencies/institutions, etcetera. The flavor of the entity and the form such buying may take will differ from country to country; however, the essence will remain the same.

Priced Out of Gold

Much of the recent action in the silver price can be attributed to the action in the gold price. Many would-be gold buyers at current prices are priced out of the gold market. We don’t know where they got this idea, but they turned to silver. Likewise, smaller countries with limited finances will at some point be priced out of the gold market and be forced to turn to silver.
To summarize: Governments have historically been very active in silver, especially when it was used in day-to-day coinage. It’s a monetary metal nevertheless, so one has to assume governments are interested in it. They are minting coins, and the demand is getting greater every year with no signs of decline any time soon, particularly against the backdrop of currency issues. They don’t mine any. There are a whole host of issues bearing down on us that governments will have to contend with. If you have a lot of oil, securing silver may not be a problem; but if your economy relies on, say, tourism, you’re going to have to scramble to obtain silver. And we haven’t even discussed the wild world of currencies, which seems like to lose credibility sooner rather than later. And while individuals are subject to using currencies, at some point international trade will have to be settled in something tangible.
Last but not least is protectionism, aka trade wars, of which today’s currency wars are the opening round. More protectionim is virtually inevitable, and governments will step up and stand behind their companies and industries to help secure supplies of strategic metals, be it for economic, military or other reasons. We also refer you to an article on resource nationalization which is yet to play out in a domino effect fashion in the latter part of this cycle.
Winston Churchill is credited with saying “America will always do the right thing, but only after exhausting all other options.” On numerous occasions we heard a paraphrased version stating “Governments will always do the right thing, but only after exhausting all other options.” For all the reasons discussed above, and many that were not, we think the question should not be “Will they?” but “When will governments buy silver?”.

Government Intervention And Money Printing

Money used to be backed by gold and silver up until 1971 when President Nixon abandoned the gold standard and turned the currency into a fiat currency (free floating not backed up by anything tangible) thus began the era of our bubble economy.

Students of Austrian economics long held the belief that governments injecting liquidity into any industry creates a boom in that particular sector and then a bust. Like more recently the cash for clunkers car program. After a boom, sales dropped to their worst levels ever.

In 1998 began one of the biggest bubbles, the .com bubble when the euphoria was at its highest companies with no value or P/E ratios that hadn’t even made a dime in the real world were increasing in stock price by leaps and bounds daily. This artificial boom which was mostly made with credit and an expansion of the fiat money supply came to an end.

Here Austrian students would tell you that at this particular moment that the bust should run its course and that the system should be cleansed. This would be a true capitalist system where the weak fail and the strong survive. However with 911 happening and the.com bust and resulting recession, the government with the fed made the decision to intervene by lowering interest rates to historical lows and injecting more fiat money into the system and creating the housing bubble. People were buying homes with the hope of “flipping them for profit. The rising prices of homes brought in new construction more real estate agents and more notaries (everyone wanted a piece of this boom. Austrian students recognized it as a bubble all along) Government intervened more by insuring the mortgages to the banks so that “everyone” could buy a home and the banks obliged by making their loan standards nearly nonexistent. With liars loans and ninja loans. (No income no job or assets) Who cares right? Houses will always be worth more! Banks bundled these mortgages and sold them worldwide as an investment. When the bust came the banks were rocked to their core. Here Austrian students would say that the system needs to be cleansed and that there needs to be a correction or recession.

This would be painful to the bankers for they would fail. The government borrows money to bail out banks for 100% percent of their losses. (TARP, troubled asset relief program and prints more fiat currency to stimulate a recovery by first by sending checks to the poor and middle class, then Quantitative Easing “QE1” and now QE2)

Fiat money consumes each sector with boom and bust cycles and ultimately the prices of consumer goods rises do to the increased liquidity. (More money floating around for the same amount of goods and services makes them cost more) The government’s attempts to reblow the housing bubble and reinforce the banks are inadvertently causing food, cotton gas and metals (along with gold and silver) to cost more.

Austrian students would tell you not to increase the money supply to these levels, not to take on debt to foreign countries to these levels and that each boom and bust cycle has to run its course without intervention because intervention has unintended consequences and each consequence requires more intervention.

Right now the government has two wars has over seven hundred army bases all over the world, nearly every program it runs is in debt (social security, the post office, schools and law enforcement need more money) an aging infrastructure (roads, bridges, sewers) and more recently they added healthcare to their burden.

Tax revenue alone cannot pay for a fraction of this thus we will have QE’s to infinity. What will the consequences of this money printing to infinity be?

Goldman Sachs sold $250 million of BP stock before spill

BP was aware of cracks appearing in the Macondo well as far back as February, right around the time Goldman Sachs and BP Chairman Tony Hayward were busy dumping their stocks in the company on the eve of the explosion that led to the oil spill, according to information uncovered by congressional investigators.

Goldman Sachs dumped 44% of its shares in BP Oil during the first quarter of 2010 – shares that subsequently lost 36 percent of their value, equating to $96 million. The current chairman of Goldman Sachs is Bilderberg luminary Peter Sutherland, who is also the former chairman of British Petroleum.

G:I was wondering what your opinion is on current global events concerning the growing economic problems continuing to occur in most parts of the world. Are you still optimistic that things will get better? Personally i still believe we've only seen the tip of the iceberg.

C:I’m optimistic that the system will not fail, as the ones in power have no interest in it.

C:What is occurring is a rearrangement of wealth and power, after the Cold War. Once the Soviet Union fell, all the benefit, the middle-class enjoyed were unnecessary.

C:See, minimum wage, health care, eight-hour work-days, unions, job benefits etc…were all ways of keeping the population happy, back when Communism was an ideological threat.

C:Back then they were spending more on weapons, yet they had enough money to go around.

C:Now, all of a sudden, there is no money anywhere, and even though companies are making profits they are cutting jobs and pulling back benefits, and merging to create monopolies which pools wealth and power further.

C:This is part of Globalization…and even the shit ion Europe, and particularly in Greece, is about breaking down the ill of the people, returning the world to pre-Cold-War arrangements…So get ready for bad times.

C:As you may have seen, the World Monetary Fund – which is controlled by the U.S. is now part of the European Union’s infrastructure.

C:The system isn’t collapsing, it is reorganizing.

G:Aside from economics, what are your thoughts on BP's oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico? Registering itself as one of the world's worst environmental catastrophes in human history, what do you think will be the outcome of this?

C:Higher cancer rates, and diseases in general, maybe more regulations, but I don’t think that is likely.

G:-Are all of these major disasters happening socially and environmentally just a normal part of our planet's cycle and people like me waste their time trying to analyze the outcome?

C:If you are trying to connect the oil spill with the economics, then you are wasting your time.

C:Sometimes shit happens….not everything is part of a conspiracy.

C:An accident is just an accident.

C:The only way I can connect it is as part of the symptom of deregulation, that began happening after the fall of communism.

C:The idea is that corporations were always on the background – the politicians being mere representatives of them - and so the present circumstances only allowed them to expose their real essence more fully.

G:Perhaps this is a collapse of the current system and a new system will emerge. I don't know who will be the real beneficiaries of this 'new' system, but i do know that the current fiat system is at its final stages. I know this not because i'm a conspiracy theorist, but because i invest in the stock market and the market is showing signals of major inflation coming in the near future. You are right when you say the system is reorganizing in a way because that is what they are doing, the bankers are transferring the wealth back from the people that they let enjoy for the last few decades.

C:The “current system”, as you call it, is a remnant of a past with particular interests and fears.

C:The coming system has none of those.

C:Wealth, privilege, power, has been released from the necessity of appearing to be other than what they are.

G:I think BP is going to be a much bigger disaster than the world is concentrating on right now, there is way too much oil spilling into the ocean, and all attempts to seal the problem has made it worse.

C:It will, indeed…and more.

G:I don't think it's part of a conspiracy, however speculators will profit from this disaster instead of thinking about all the life that will be destroyed in consequence.

C:But speculators, and how they function, are part of the system.

G:I myself being one of these investors i have a short position on BP in the stock market. What's sad is that i probably wouldn't even be aware of this tragic accident in the Gulf Of Mexico if it wasn't for the primary purpose of research to profit from this somehow. That is what the current system breeds, money hungry leeches sucking the resources out of whatever crosses our path.

C:It’s all a game of psychology….feeding off of what they teach you, you should want…and what you could have, and should have…and you deserve.

C:You participate for no other reason other than the fact that you’ve bought into their premises.

C:Then you criticize it and feel unfulfilled, even if you might benefit.

C:Why?

C:Because what they told you you should need, is meaningless….what you do need is simple and readily accessible:

C:Food, drink, friends, sex, a sense if belonging…something as simple as sitting around a table joking, drinking, sharing, communing is enough….that is all you really need.

C:But it isn’t enough for you, because you’ve been trained to demand more…and this “more” is imaginary, viable in T.V. and movie scenarios…

C:Life is not that complicated.

G:Costa people still believe that there is a man in the sky watching over us, this stagnation has to come to an end sooner or later.
